§ 51.5-22. Client rights regarding services.

The Commissioner shall establish written standards governing the rights ofapplicants for and clients who receive vocational rehabilitation serviceswhich are provided or funded by the Department. The Department shall educateclients and staff regarding those rights and provide a procedure for fairlyand impartially resolving conflicts and complaints about alleged violationsof those rights. The Department shall make referrals consistent with theprovisions of 29 U.S.C. § 732.
