§ 51.5-39.10. Immunity.

Any person who in good faith complains to the Office on behalf of a personwith a disability, or who provides information or participates in theinvestigation of any such complaint, shall have immunity from any civilliability and shall not be subject to any penalties, sanctions, restrictionsor retaliation as a consequence of making such complaint, providing suchinformation or participating in such investigation.
