§ 52-11.1. State Health Commissioner to cooperate.

The State Health Commissioner shall cause to be furnished to the Departmentof State Police all such assistance requested by the Superintendent of StatePolice or the authorized officers and agents of the Department of StatePolice as may be afforded by the technical staff of the Department of Healthand the Chief Medical Examiner.

The State Health Commissioner may, in his discretion, furnish to any otherlaw-enforcement officer or agency, such assistance as is afforded by thetechnical staff of the Department of Health and the Chief Medical Examiner.
