§ 53.1-117. Violations of rules to be recorded in register.
Every time any prisoner in jail is guilty of a violation of the rules soprescribed, the name of the prisoner, the rules which he has violated and thetime when each violation occurred shall be recorded in a register providedfor that purpose.
