§ 53.1-95.23. Severability.

The provisions of this article are severable and if any of its provisionsshall be held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, thedecision of such court shall not affect or impair any of the remainingprovisions of this article. It is hereby declared to be the legislativeintent that this article would have been adopted had such unconstitutionalprovisions not been included therein.
