§ 53.1-152. Eligibility of persons sentenced for combinations of felony andmisdemeanor offenses.

Every person who is convicted of a felony and also convicted of a misdemeanorand sentenced and committed for the same under the laws of this Commonwealthor of its political subdivisions shall be eligible for parole on thecombination of said sentences in the same manner as provided in § 53.1-151.
