§ 53.1-158. Release of prisoner subject to parole.
The Director of the Department shall release into the custody of the ParoleBoard, any of its probation and parole officers or the Chairman, any prisonersubject to parole under the laws of this Commonwealth whenever directed so todo by the Parole Board or by the Chairman.
