§ 53.1-163. Parolee considered as escapee after issuance of warrant.

Any parolee for whose arrest a warrant has been issued by the Board or by theChairman shall after the issuance of the warrant be treated as an escapedprisoner. The time from the issuing of such warrant to the date of his arrestshall not be counted as any part of the time to be served under his sentence.
