§ 54.1-2708.2. Recovery of monitoring costs.

The Board may recover from any licensee against whom disciplinary action hasbeen imposed reasonable administrative costs associated with investigatingand monitoring such licensee and confirming compliance with any terms andconditions imposed upon the licensee as set forth in the order imposingdisciplinary action. Such recovery shall not exceed a total of $5,000. Alladministrative costs recovered pursuant to this section shall be paid by thelicensee to the Board. Such administrative costs shall be deposited into theaccount of the Board and shall not constitute a fine or penalty.
