§ 54.1-2956.3. Advisory Board of Occupational Therapy; composition;appointment.

The Advisory Board shall be comprised of five members appointed by theGovernor for four-year terms. Three members shall be, at the time ofappointment, licensed occupational therapists who have practiced for not lessthan three years, one member shall be a physician licensed to practicemedicine in the Commonwealth, and one member shall be appointed by theGovernor from the Commonwealth at large. Any vacancy occurring during amember's term shall be filled for the unexpired balance of that term.
