§ 54.1-3435.3. Inspection and audit.
Medical equipment suppliers shall allow the Board or its authorized agents toenter and inspect, at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner, theirpremises and delivery vehicles, and to audit their records and writtenoperating procedures.
