§ 54.1-3514. Certification of existing providers.
The Board of Counseling upon receipt of a completed application and paymentof the prescribed fee on or before June 30, 1995, shall issue a certificateto any person who was actively engaged in providing rehabilitation serviceson January 1, 1994.
