§ 54.1-3614. Delegation to unlicensed persons.

Any licensed psychologist may delegate to unlicensed personnel supervised byhim such activities or functions as are nondiscretionary and do not requirethe exercise of professional judgment for their performance and which areusually or customarily delegated to such persons by psychologists, if suchactivities or functions are authorized by and performed for such psychologistand responsibility for such activities or functions is assumed by suchpsychologist.
