Nominations of professional members may be made from a list of at least threenames for each vacancy submitted to the Governor by the Virginia VeterinaryMedical Association. The Governor may notify such organization of anyprofessional vacancy other than by expiration. In no case shall the Governorbe bound to make any appointment from among the nominees.
