§ 55-210.18:1. When securities received in name of owner.
Whenever the State Treasurer shall receive securities under this chapter inthe name of the owner, he shall forthwith take appropriate action to transferthe record of ownership of said securities into the title of the StateTreasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
