§ 55-311. Effect of such law on certain fences.

Such declaration shall not be construed as applying and shall not apply torelieve the adjoining landowners from making and maintaining their divisionfences, as defined by § 55-299, but as to such division fences, §§ 55-317 to55-322, inclusive, shall be applicable.
