§ 55-325. Entry of order if petition not contested.

The petitions referred to in § 55-324, if verified by the oath of one or moreof the petitioners, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts statedtherein, and the court without further evidence shall proceed to enter theorder herein provided for unless such petition be contested.
