§ 55-341. Transfer of ownership.
It shall be unlawful for the developer to transfer fee simple ownership oflots or parcels within a subdivision to a lot purchaser by any other meansthan by a general or special warranty deed or other deed complying with Title55, Chapter 4 (§ 55-48 et seq.).
