§ 55-392.1. Filing fee.

The Board may by regulation establish reasonable fees for registration. Untilsuch regulations are adopted by the Board, the fee shall be in an amountequal to $1 per time-share, except that the initial application fee shall notbe less than $500 nor more than $1,500, and the fee for any application forregistration of additional units shall be not less than $200. All fees shallbe remitted by the Board to the Treasurer of the Commonwealth, and shall beplaced to the credit of the Common Interest Community Management InformationFund established pursuant to § 55-529.
