§ 55-413. Record determining slayer admissible.

The record of the judicial proceeding in which the slayer was determined tobe such, pursuant to § 55-401, shall be admissible in evidence for or againsta claimant of property in any civil action arising under this chapter. Aconviction shall be conclusive evidence of the guilt of the alleged slayer.
