§ 55-519.1. Required disclosures pertaining to a military air installation.

The owner of residential real property located in any locality in which amilitary air installation is located shall disclose to the purchaser whetherthe subject parcel is located in a noise zone or accident potential zone, orboth, if so designated on the official zoning map by the locality in whichthe property is located on a form provided by the Real Estate Board. Suchdisclosure shall state the specific noise zone or accident potential zone, orboth, in which the property is located according to the official zoning map.
