§ 55-548.04. Prudent administration.

A trustee shall administer the trust as a prudent person would, byconsidering the purposes, terms, distributional requirements, and othercircumstances of the trust. In satisfying this standard, the trustee shallexercise reasonable care, skill, and caution.
