§ 55-79.36. Rule against perpetuities; rule restricting unreasonablerestraints on alienation.

The rule of property law known as the rule against perpetuities, and the ruleof property law known as the rule restricting unreasonable restraints onalienation, shall not be applied to defeat any of the provisions of thischapter or of any provisions of any master deed or lease, bylaws or otherdocument executed in accordance with this chapter as to the condominiumproject. This exemption shall not apply to estates in the individualcondominiums.
