§ 55-66.13. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National CommerceAct.

To the extent permitted by law, this article modifies, limits, and supersedesthe Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq., except that nothing in this article modifies, limits, orsupersedes §§ 7001(c) and 7004 of that Act or authorizes electronic deliveryof any of the notices described in § 7003(b) of that Act.
