§ 55-124. Acknowledgment taken by trustee in deed of trust.

All certificates of acknowledgment to deeds of trust made and certified priorto March 23, 1936, by persons being trustees in such deeds shall be held andthe same are hereby declared valid and effective in all respects, ifotherwise valid according to the law then in force; and each such deed oftrust which has been admitted to record in any clerk's office in the Stateupon such a certificate shall be held to be duly and regularly recorded ifsuch recordation be otherwise valid according to the law then in force.

Provided however that nothing in this section shall affect or diminish therights or remedies of any person which intervened after the spreading of anysuch deed of trust on the record but prior to the date aforesaid.
