§ 55-167. Clerk to preserve papers, etc.; fees.
The clerk of the court wherein any assignment is filed shall carefullypreserve the same, together with all reports of the trustee, and shall keepan index of all such assignments. For filing the assignment the fee asprescribed in § 17.1-275 shall be charged.
