§ 56-265.7. Appeal from order of revocations, etc.
From any order of the Commission suspending, revoking, altering or amendingany certificate, the holder thereof shall have the right of appeal to theSupreme Court of Virginia, as a matter of right, as in other cases of appealsfrom the Commission.
