§ 56-262. Proceeding upon failure of public service corporation to performduties.

If any such public service corporation shall fail or refuse to perform any ofthe duties imposed by § 56-261 or by this chapter, any city or incorporatedtown, or any such county served or whose inhabitants are served by suchcorporation may file with the State Corporation Commission a petition settingforth the failure or refusal of such corporation to carry out and perform oneor more of such duties, at a reasonable charge, or to the detriment orthreatened detriment of the public health or safety from fire of suchcommunity.
