§ 56-481. Rates established by municipal corporations subject to revision byCommission.

Upon complaint by anyone aggrieved that any rate, charge or practice of anytelephone company doing business in this Commonwealth, established orprovided for by any municipal ordinance, franchise or other contract, isunreasonable, unjust, insufficient or discriminatory, the Commission shallorder a hearing, and if, upon such hearing, it shall find that such complaintis well founded, the Commission shall prescribe and enforce just andreasonable rates, charges, or regulations, in lieu of those complained of.
