§ 56-575.14. Police powers; violations of law.

All police officers of the Commonwealth and of each affected localjurisdiction shall have the same powers and jurisdiction within the limits ofsuch qualifying project as they have in their respective areas ofjurisdiction and such police officers shall have access to the qualifyingproject at any time for the purpose of exercising such powers andjurisdiction.
