Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to repeal or change in any mannerthe Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988, as amended (§ 56-535 et seq.).Nothing in the Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988, as amended, shallapply to qualifying transportation facilities undertaken pursuant to theauthority of this chapter.
