§ 56-67.1. Validity of authorized securities.

Securities of a public service company, and assumptions by a public servicecompany of obligations or liabilities in respect of the securities of anotherperson, firm, association or corporation, issued or assumed pursuant to anauthorizing order of the Commission and valid at the time of their issuanceor assumption, shall not cease to be valid because such order is subsequentlysuspended, vacated, superseded or reversed.
