§ 56-125. Suits against unincorporated carriers.

When transportation lines are owned or operated by persons, partnerships, orassociations, not incorporated, any one or more of them may be sued by his ortheir name or names only, and such suit shall not abate for want of joiningany of the copartners or coproprietors.
