§ 57-64. Out-of-state enforcement proceedings.

Any state of the United States shall have the right to sue in the courts ofVirginia to enforce the civil provisions of any statute thereof general inapplication regulating charitable solicitations, when the like right isaccorded this Commonwealth by such state, whether such right is granted bystatutory authority or as a matter of comity.
