§ 58.1-1808. Collection in foreign jurisdiction.

When after the rendition of such a judgment or decree against a defendant itseems to the attorney having charge thereof that there may not be foundwithin the Commonwealth sufficient property of the defendant out of which thesame may be enforced, but that the same could be enforced in some otherjurisdiction, he shall, with the concurrence of the Attorney General,institute in such foreign jurisdiction appropriate proceedings to enforcetherein the payment of such judgment.
