§ 58.1-2213. Issuance of license.

Upon approval of an application, the Commissioner shall issue to theapplicant a license and a duplicate copy of the license for each place ofbusiness of the applicant. A supplier's license shall indicate the categoryof the supplier. A licensee shall display the license issued under thischapter in a conspicuous place at each place of business of the licensee. Alicense shall not be transferable and shall remain in effect untilsurrendered or canceled.
