§ 58.1-3124. Where office of county treasurer to be maintained; providingsuitable space.
The office of the county treasurer shall be maintained at the county seat orat such other point in the county as the board of supervisors or othergoverning body of the county may deem to be more convenient to a majority ofthe citizens of the county.
