§ 59.1-149. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Servicesor his designated representative.

"Gasoline" shall be construed to include naphtha, benzine and other likeliquids and fluids derived from petroleum or other sources and used, orintended to be used, for power purposes, except kerosene.

"Lubricating oil" means lubricating oils used in internal combustionengines.

"Motor fuel" means any liquid or gaseous matter used for the generation ofpower in an internal combustion engine.
