§ 59.1-162. Cooperation by state agencies.
The Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Department of Motor Vehiclesare authorized to cooperate, as directed by the Governor, with theCommissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services in carrying out theprovisions of this chapter.
