§ 59.1-191. Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of thischapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereofshall be fined not more than $250, or punished by imprisonment in jail fornot more than six months or by both fine and imprisonment.
