§ 59.1-421. Action to enforce the provisions of chapter.

Any consumer who suffers loss by reason of a violation of any provision ofthis chapter may bring a civil action to enforce such provisions. Anyconsumer who is successful in such an action shall recover reasonableattorney's fees, and court costs incurred by bringing such action.
