A. Any legal services plan seller who knowingly and willfully violates anyprovision of this chapter is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
B. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute aprohibited practice pursuant to the provisions of § 59.1-200 and shall besubject to any and all of the enforcement provisions of the Virginia ConsumerProtection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.).
