§ 6.1-2.28. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Severability.

If any provision of this chapter, or the application of the provision to anyperson or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of the chapter,and the application of the provision to persons or circumstances other thanthose to which it is invalid, shall not be affected.
