§ 6.1-403. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Applicable laws, rules andregulations.

A. Any Virginia bank that is controlled by a bank holding company that is nota Virginia bank holding company shall be subject to all laws of thisCommonwealth and all rules and regulations under such laws that areapplicable to Virginia banks controlled by Virginia bank holding companies.

B. The Commission shall promulgate such rules and regulations, including theimposition of reasonable application and administration fees, as it findsnecessary to implement and effect the provisions of this chapter.
