§ 6.1-429. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Criminal penalties.

Any person not exempt from licensing under this chapter who shall act as amortgage lender or mortgage broker in this Commonwealth without havingobtained a license shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. For the purposes ofthis section, each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
