§ 6.1-32.42. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Additional trust offices.

An out-of-state trust institution that maintains a trust office in thisCommonwealth under this article may establish or acquire additional trustoffices in this Commonwealth to the same extent that a state trustinstitution may establish or acquire additional offices in this Commonwealthprovided it follows the procedures for establishing or acquiring such officesset forth in this article.
