§ 6.1-194.9. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Formation of state savingsand loan associations.

A stock savings and loan association may be incorporated as provided in theVirginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.). A mutual savings andloan association may be incorporated as provided in the Virginia NonstockCorporation Act (§ 13.1-801 et seq.).
