§ 6.1-225.50. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Application of §§6.1-225.48 and 64.1-132.3 to federal credit unions.

The provisions of §§ 6.1-225.48 and 64.1-132.3 shall apply to federal creditunions operating in this Commonwealth to the extent that the same are notinconsistent with any federal law applicable to such credit unions.
