As used in this chapter, unless a different meaning is required by thecontext:
(1) "Commission" means the State Corporation Commission.
(2) "Corporation" means a corporation organized in accordance with thischapter.
(3) "Credit union" means a credit union incorporated in Virginia underChapter 4.01 (§ 6.1-225.1 et seq.) of this title.
(4) "Member credit union" means a credit union which is a member of thecorporation.
(5) "Shares" means the interest of a member having a savings account in amember credit union.
