§ 6.1-281. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Liens on real estate.

No licensee shall take a lien upon real estate as security for any loan madeunder the provisions of this chapter, except a lien arising upon rendition ofa judgment; and any such lien taken in violation of the provisions of thissection shall be void.
